Air Education and Training Command officials announced the addition of the new Identity Access Management Tool to the learning system, which will give personnel with an access card Common (CAC) the ability to create a username and password to log in to myLearning and myTraining on personal devices. devices (e.g. phone, tablet, laptop, etc.), using a third-party authentication app.
It also allows units that have missions outside of the office environment, such as maintenance, security forces or logistics readiness, to complete their training away from a government-owned computer, Oakland said.
In order to create a username and password, users must first login to myLearning with their CAC on the government network. Airmen can use a mobile device with the FreeOTP or Google Authenticator security authentication apps, both of which are free and available from your device’s app store.
